In Senegal, many children and teenagers need support to achieve their dreams of obtaining an education and becoming self-sufficient without migrating abroad. This can be effectively achieved through local education, using football as a motivator for learning.

Cinco Colores Academy - soccer

Idea: Educating the children and youth of Dakar through football 
Goal: Over the next three years, triple the number of supported street teens and help them pursue social independence through sport. 
Academy Description: The academy develops and educates teenagers in language learning and IT skills alongside football training. The project aims to support around 250 children and teenagers through education via sport. In Senegal, many children and teenagers need support to achieve their dreams of obtaining an education and becoming self-sufficient without migrating abroad. This can be effectively done through local education, using football as a motivator for learning. The concept includes free sports training on the condition of attending language and computer classes. This way, we aim to support youth development so they can build their own society without the need to emigrate. 
Budget: 250,000 PLN [50,000 EUR] per year
